All concrete pieces are made by hand at Crafted Edge headquarters (AKA My Shop).
Some pieces may have imperfections. This is common in hand-crafted work, also known as artifacts of the process. This is often the difference between unique and assembly-line products. The allure of hand-crafted work is that it is one of a kind. If factory duplicated pieces are what you want, concrete is not for you.
Care and Maintenance
Each piece may have a slightly different care/maintenance plan. A guideline can be provided for you per request. I have concrete countertops throughout my home and use Windex with vinegar to clean them.
Payment Schedule
Once the project is contracted, we require 1/2 of the total price prior to starting the project. Once the project is completed at my shop, it will be available for viewing and approval. At this time, the remainder of the payment is due prior to it leaving my shop.
Installation
This is an additional and separate cost. We can and will install or give you a quote to do so. Some customers prefer to do it themselves or hire a third party to install it.
